When the Operational Excellence Program wasn't gaining traction, the Director of Marketing tasked us to rebrand. I got to work on the visual aspect after we settled on the new name. Though the content of the program didn't change, we did a better job of explaining the benefits in greater detail. The icon promoted a philosophy for our customers to use in their marketing materials.
The rebrand effort consisted of a new logo, updated print sheet, entry in printed catalog, YouTube video, and infographic that was posted to social media and available for download.
BY THE NUMBERS
After the rebrand, enrollment in the program increased by 133% in 21% of the time.
